ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in Mu.Mu.No.4366/A2/A4/2019, dated

25.10.2019 and quash the same as illegal.

2. It is now brought to the notice of this Court that a comprehensive suit in O.S.No.50 of 2021 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Paramakudi, has been filed by the respondents 5 and 6 against the petitioners herein and others including the District Registrar, Sivagangai and Sub Registrar, Paramakudi, in which, one of the reliefs sought for is to cancel the sale deed, which is now the subject matter of the present writ petition.

3. Considering the pendency of the suit, this Writ Petition is dismissed by stating that the parties shall work out their remedy in the suit. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
