2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had considered the petitioner's application and rejected it by proceedings dated 21.02.2026 in Na.Ka.No.74/2025/B4. A copy of the said proceedings has been produced before this Court.
