ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused in Crime No.18 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.07.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 366(A) IPC, seeks bail.

2.According to the defacto complainant, on 03.06.2015, his minor daughter aged about 17 years was kidnapped by the accused. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner and the daughter of the defacto complainant had fallen in love with each other and on 03.06.2015 on her own volition, she joined with the petitioner and after giving complaint on 11.06.2015, she has joined with her parents.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the victim girl is now secured and she is with her parents and due to love affairs, the petitioner had kidnapped the daughter of the defacto complainant.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani, Dindigul District and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders, for interrogation. sd/- 19/08/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
