The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass him.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) who accepts notice for the first and second respondents, on instructions, would submit that the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent with the second respondent is registered in C.No.1387/PG/DCP/L&O/MC/2020, on 03.11.2020 and posted for enquiry. 3.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to follow the guidelines issued in the decision in D.K.Basu Vs.
