This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.2729 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the respondent Police conducted the investigation and filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai as "further action dropped". Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
