O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 21.02.2018.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on 18.02.2018, when the petitioner was proceeding in his motor cycle by following traffic rules and wearing helmet, the proposed persons came from the opposite side in Pulser Motorcycle without following the traffic rules in a rash and negligent manner and without control, dashed against the petitioner and in which, the petitioner sustained multiple injuries in his right leg and admitted in the hospital. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint against the accused persons. So far, no case has been registered by the second respondent.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

5.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition is dismissed.
