O R D E R
This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner and investigate the same in accordance with law. 2.Heard both sides.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on 12.01.2017, the proposed accused one Mr.Syed Ibrahim, borrowed a sum of Rupees One crore from the petitioner for his business development and after borrowal of the amount the proposed accused has switched off his mobile and the petitioner was unable to contact him. Thereafter, on 23.01.2018, the proposed accused came to the petitioner's house and made a threat to the petitioner with dire consequences. Hence, the petitioner made a complaint before the second respondent. So far, no case has been registered. Hence, this petition has been filed.

the petitioner did not co-operate for the enquiry and the enquiry is still pending.
5.By way of reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to co-operate with the enquiry properly. 6.Considering the fact that the enquiry is pending and the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then, he has to register the case and proceed with the same in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
7.With the aforesaid observation, this petition is disposed of.
