O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Respondent to register the sale deed dated 30.12.2025 with temporary No.P/Kallimandhayam/38/2025 and release the same by following the procedure, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2026 within a time frame.

2. By consent this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner has presented a sale deed dated 30.12.2025 for registration, the same was not registered by the respondent, by orally stating that there is an objection petition by some third party, in respect of the subject property. The petitioner has also made a representation on 06.01.2026, seeking to register the sale deed dated 30.12.2025. Since the same was not considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition. 2/4

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that in respect of the subject property civil suits are pending and therefore, they are not in a position to register the sale deed dated 30.12.2025 presented by the petitioner. However, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the parties concerned, they will take a decision to register the same.

5. In view of the same, this Court directs the respondent to take necessary steps to issue notice the petitioner and the parties concerned and after hearing the parties, the respondent shall take a decision to register the sale deed dated 30.12.2025, presented by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law. The above said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
