ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry based on the false complaint preferred by the third respondent before the second respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the third respondent has preferred a complaint along with the copy of the loan document and wherein, the petitioner, while taking a loan, had handed over the Dzire car bearing Registration No.TN-63-CY-6279 and that the said complaint is pending. He would further submit that though the petitioner was directed to appear before them, he has not turned up.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to issue a 2/4

fresh summons to the petitioner and on receipt of the summons, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and thereafter, the second respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
