To set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 14.06.2016 made in M.C.O.P.No.549 of 2011 on the file of the Motor Vehicles Accident Claims Tribunal IV Additional Sub Judge, Madurai and allow this appeal.
ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.JERIN MATHEW, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Court passed an order in C.M.P(MD) No.7991 of 2017, dated 28.08.2017 and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the Legal Aid Services Committee, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date, on which, the order copy made ready. The petitioner paid the amount within a week i.e., on 01.09.2017. But the cost memo was filed only on 01.10.2017. Already, the Registry is sent a communication on 17.11.2017 as the cost was not paid in the matter in M.C.O.P.No.549 of 2011 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (IV Additional Subordinate Court), Madurai.
