O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register an F.I.R on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint, dated 05.07.2017 and to investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is an othi agreement executed between the petitioner's wife and the proposed accused Vijayalakshmi in respect of the house of Vijayalakshmi for a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- for the residence of the petitioner's son and his wife. Due to the family dispute, the petitioner's daughter-in-law went from that home. Hence, the house was kept vacant.

Therefore, the petitioner demanded the Vijayalakshmi to repay the amount and broke up the agreement. But, refusing to do so, Vijayalakshmi break up the lock of the house and kept the cement bags in side the house. When the petitioner questioned the same, she and her sister with his son gave life threat to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent police. But, so far, no case has been registered.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

5.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition is dismissed.
