ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as sole accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 420, 476 IPC r/w Sections 63 and 65 of Copy Rights Act in Crime No.

249 of 2014 and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.According to the defacto complainant, who is the Regional Sales Manager, Avon Plast Company, that the accused have manufactured pipes in the name of the defacto complainant and sold in the open market. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is running a company in the name and style of Kongu P.V.C. Pipes at Thiruchencode and the defacto complainant is a competitor, who has made a false complaint against this petitioner. It is further submitted that the other accused have been arrested and released on bail and nothing was recovered from the petitioner's company.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of one week and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6.
