This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent not to harassing the petitioner relating to his land and house situated at bearing S.No.395/28. Patta No.151, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that one Palaniappan gave a complaint against the petitioner herein and based on the said complaint an enquiry has been conducted in C.S.R.No.19 of 2018 and it was closed on 16.02.2018 as " Civil dispute in nature" and hence, the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
