O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.07.2015 and proceed with the same as per law within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent on 14.07.2015, but the second respondent had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
