ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to file a final report in Crime No.246 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No.246 of 2015 and that the investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks one month time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.246 of 2015 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
