This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Mandamus as against the respondents to forbear the Respondents from interfering with the Petitioner's lawful right to operate the crusher unit in S.F.No.444/1, Kakkavadi Village, Karur Taluk and District.
2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is engaged in quarry activities. The petitioner has purchased the subject property and he is intended to start crusher unit in the subject property, after getting necessary license from the authorities concerned. However, the respondents are orally restrained the petitioner from starting crusher unit. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition. 2/4
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that they have no intention to stop the operation of the crusher unit, but in the event, if there is any deviation of license, liberty may be granted to initiate appropriate action.
5. Recording the statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, in the event, if there is any deviation of license, the respondents are at liberty to take appropriate legal action against the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
