Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS, to call for the records in Impugned Order in G.O.(2D) No.334, dated 26-09-2011 issued by the 2nd Respondent and quash the same and direct the Respondents to select the Petitioner to the post of Grade-II Police Constable in Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.R.SHANMUGANATHAN, Special Government Pleader for the petitioners, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH,J.) This petition seeking to condone the delay of 489 days in representing the appeal is allowed and the delay is condoned, on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only), within a period of one week from today, to the credit of creche account, Women Lawyers' Association, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai.
