ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused in Crime No.303 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 10.06.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 307 and 302 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.

2. According to the prosecution, that on 08.06.2015, the deceased had made some adverse comments against the brother's daughter of the accused and in a subsequent quarrel, the accused attacked the deceased with aruval and caused his death.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and even as per the case of the prosecution that the illegal act committed by the deceased was questioned by the accused on 08.06.2015 and in a subsequent quarrel, the occurrence had taken place and there is no preplan for committing the offences.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the accused have judicial custody for more than 60 days and major part of the investigation is over.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakkanur and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
