ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the first respondent to issue legal heir certificate for the death of the petitioner's grandfather, namely, Ganapathi Servai by disposing of his application.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents submitted that next date of enquiry is fixed on 30.01.2026.

3. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law after giving due opportunity to the interested parties and pass orders within a period of 6(six) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cots.
