The above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to transfer of H.M.O.P No.100 of 2019 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Palladam, Tirupur District, to the Sub Court, Thirumangalam, Madurai District.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is not having father and she is residing with her mother at Thirumangalam. The age of the petitioner is only 19 at the time of marriage and she is not in a position to travel upto Palladam, Tirupur District alone and prayed H.M.O.P.No.100 of 2019 filed by the respondent to be transferred to Sub Court, Thirumangalam, Madurai District.

3.Though the name of the respondent is printed, none appeared on the side of the respondent.

4.In view of the above submissions, H.M.O.P.No.100 of 2019 is withdrawn and transferred from the file of the Sub Court, Palladam, Tirupur District to the Sub Court, Thirumangalam, Madurai District. The learned Subordinate Judge, Palladam, Tirupur District, is directed to transmit the entire records in H.M.O.P.No.100 of 2019 to the Sub Court, Thirumangalam, Madurai District. The learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam, Madurai District, is hereby directed to issue fresh summon to the respondent after the case is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

transferred and renumbered.

5.With the above directions, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
