ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody from 01.08.2015 in respect of the alleged offence under Sections 302, 307 and 309 IPC in Crime No.169 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police and he has come forward with this Criminal Original petition seeking bail. 2.Heard both sides.
3.According to the case of the prosecution, the petitioner's wife by name Reka consumed poison and also administered poison to her minor children by name, Priyadharsini, aged 7 years and Nelsonmandela, aged 5 years on 22.07.2015. It is represented that while all of them were taking treatment, the daughter Priyadharsini died in the hospital.
4.The case against the husband is that he buried the dead body of her daughter without intimating to the Police and on this ground alone the case has been registered against him also. It is represented that the main allegation is only against the wife, who is stated to be a P.G.Assistant working in a Government Higher Secondary School, Thanjavur District.
5.It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is the only person who has to take care of the wife and son, who is in the hospital. Substantial part of investigation is over.

6.Considering the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner subject to the condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Keeranur. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court, once in a month on the first working day and he should cooperate for the enquiry as and when called for by the respondent Police. sd/- 27/08/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
