Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 465,467,468,471,420,120(B) of IPC in Cr.No.3 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The defacto complainant's father's name and the first accused father's name are one and the same. The case of the prosecution is that taking advantage of the name similarities the first accused sold the properties to other persons , in which the petitioner acted as a broker to facilitate the crime committed by other accused for which the defacto complainant had lodged a complaint

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would also submit that already one Kannappan document writer and one Deivanathan were enlarged on bail and hence he prayed for anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate (crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is the main king pin

for assisting the crime along with A1 and selling the property to third parties and he therefore vehemently opposed for grant of bail 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner who is the broker alleged said to have assisted the crime committed by A1, anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
