ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner on 08.01.2021 was closed, after enquiring the respondents 3 and 4. His further contention is that though the petitioner submitted his representation on 08.01.2021, did not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1674 of 2021 appear before the second respondent police and that the second respondent, after enquiring the fourth respondent advised her to resolve the dispute pending between her and the petitioner before a competent civil Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
