Heard both sides.

2.The Petitioner has come forward with this Petition to direct the second respondent not to harass the Petitioner except under due process of law.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that one Subbulakshmi has given complaint against the Petitioner which was taken on file by the respondents Police in C.S.R.No.84 of 2015 which was enquired into and closed on 30.7.2015and he would further submit that there is no harassment on the part of the respondents Police on the Petitioner.

4.Considering the rival submissions made on both sides, the respondents Police is directed not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and follow the dictum laid down in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
