This petition is filed to withdraw the case in Crime No.105 of 2014 under Sections 147, 148 and 302 of I.P.C on the file of the third respondent dated 17.06.2014 and entrust the same to the second respondent for an investigation of the case by a Competent Officer and file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in crime No.105 of 2014 on the file of the third respondent has been completed and the respondent No.3 laid the charge sheet before the learned concerned Magistrate and the same was taken cognizance in S.C.No.201 of 2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
