ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner seeks extension of the scheme, by which, a separate Ward has been established in two places viz., Government Rajiv Gandhi Hospital, Chennai and Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai, for destitute and abandoned people, in all the Government Medical College Hospitals and District Headquarters Hospital, to every Districts of Tamil Nadu.
2.Mr.P.Subbiah, learned Central Government Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the first respondent. Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 2 to 5. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.Considering the public interest involved, we direct respondent No.3 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.01.2021, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
