This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.45 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent against the petitioners.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that already investigation in Crime No.45 of 2014 has been conducted and the same was closed as "Action Dropped" on 29.06.2018.
