Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue no objection certificate to the petitioner in respect of the housing loan obtained by the petitioner so as to enable the petitioner to get the original sale deed from the Tamil Nadu Housing Board.

We, therefore, dismiss this Miscellaneous Petition with liberty to file appropriate application by the petitioner.
