This quash petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.99 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent as against the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that already investigation in Crime No.99 of 2014 has been conducted and the same was closed as Action Dropped on 12.04.2016. 3.Recording the said submission, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
