ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 18.03.2020 and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in HMOP No.94 of 2014 with in a period of Six months, and the requisition letter dated 12.10.

2022 in D.No.769 of 2022, submitted by the Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, this Court made the following order: "The Learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, sent a letter dated 12.10.2022, requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of HMOP No.94 of 2014, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 18.03.2022.

2. considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 12.10.2022, three months time is extended from today to dispose of HMOP NO.94 OF 2014".
