RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P (MD)No.14204 of 2020 dated 07.12.2020 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.PALANI, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were granted bail on 07.12.2020. The petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions since 09.12.2020.

He further submitted that the petitioners' day to day life is affected because of this condition. Therefore, they seek relaxation. 2.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Thirumangalam Police Station, Madurai on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
