RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No. 14415 of 2020 dated 10.12.2020 on the file of this Hon`ble High Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.SURIYANARAYANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14415 of 2020 on 10.12.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted bail by this Court on 10.12.2020 and he was complying with the conditions. In the mean while he was arrested in another case in Crime No. 49 of 2021 under NDPS Act and he is in judicial custody, hence he was unable to comply with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. In view of the same, the petition for relaxation cannot be entertained and the petition stands dismissed. Further the petitioner is directed to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14415 of 2020 after he was granted bail in Crime No. 49 of 2021 and thereafter file relaxation petition if he feels so.
