O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to complete the investigation in Crime No.294/2011 on the file of the second respondent herein dated 24.12.2011 and to file a final report before the jurisdictional Court within the time frame. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent has registered a case on 24.12.2011 in Cr.No.294 of 2011 for offence under Section420 IPC, but sofar, final report has not been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the investigation is in progress and three months time may be granted for filing a final report.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
