ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second and fourth respondents thereby not to harass the petitioners in the case of matrimonial disputes as enquiry with the retribution motivation of the second and fourth respondents.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the marriage between the first petitioner and the fifth respondent was solemnized in the year 2015 and out of their wedlock one male https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

child was born and subsequently, she left matrimonial home and gave a false complaint against the petitioner herein and based on the said complaint the respondents 2 to 4 are harassing the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the fifth respondent the preliminary enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, F.I.R. has been registered in Crime No.78 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506 (i) IPC and only for investigation purpose the petitioners were called, but they were not subjected to any harassment.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
