ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Tenkasi, dated 15.12.2025 in I.A.No.2 of 2025 in O.S.No.228 of 2025 and to set aside

the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that the suit in O.S.No.228 of 2025 pending on the file of the Additional District Judge, Tenkasi, has already been disposed of on 06.02.2026, and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
