This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents, to register a case against the proposed accused persons and investigate the same on the basis of complaint dated 27.12.2017. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that enquiry was conducted and the said complaint made by the petitioner was closed as false complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the competent Jurisdictional Criminal Court to seek his remedy in accordance with law.
