ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1 and he was arrested on 01.08.2015 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offence punishable under section 294(b), 153(A), 153(B), 505 and 506(i) of IPC @ 294(b), 153(A)(1)(a), 153(B)(1)(c), 295-A, 298, 505(1)(c) and 506(i) of IPC @ 294(b), 153(A)(1)(a), 153(B),(1)(c), 295-A, 298, 505(1)(c) and 506 (i) of IPC and section 3(1)(x) of SC & ST Act 1989 r/w 3(1)(r)(s) of SC & ST Act (POA) Amendment Ordinance 2014 in Crime No.331 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.Mr.W.Peter Ramesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the dispute between the de-facto complainant and the accused has been settled and in a quash petition filed by the accused in Crl.P.(MD)No.15996 of 2015, this court has quashed the FIR in Crime No.331 of 2015.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is having seven previous cases. 4.However, considering the fact that FIR was already quashed, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with certain conditions.

5.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on his executing an own bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) without sureties to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
