This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 herein not to harass the petitioner on the guise of false complaint given by the fourth respondent, except under due process of law.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint of the fourth respondent was enquired by the second respondent and after enquiry, the second respondent advised the parties to approach the Civil Court, as the said dispute is purely civil in nature.
