ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the endorsement dated 07.03.2019 of the Subordinate Judge, Sivagangai in an unnumbered plaint.

2. Heard the argument put forth by the petitioners.

3. A perusal of the records reveals that the suit filed by the petitioners was returned by the trial Court on question of limitation. Hence, the petitioners are directed to re-present the same after giving explanation as to the question of limitation. If needed, the trial Court is directed to take up the matter as a C.M.P. and after deciding the question of limitation to consider the suit for taking it on file.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
