Respondents PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to issue a direction directing the 1st respondent herein to transfer the investigation in Crime No.33 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other effective investigating agency for free and fair investigation and pass any other appropriate order which may deem fit and proper in the nature and the circumstance of the case herein.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the the 1st respondent herein to transfer the investigation in Crime No.33 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other effective investigating agency for free and fair investigation and pass any other appropriate order which may deem fit and proper in the nature and the circumstance of the case herein.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation completed and charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court on 29.12.2014 and the same was taken on file.

3.Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
