This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.79 of 2019 under Sections 336, 324 and 202 of IPC, on the file of the first respondent. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation on 31.05.2019 and the final report is yet to be filed before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court and it will be filed within a period of two weeks and the respondent has also filed an affidavit to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
