O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No. 497 of 2016 at early. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioners, the respondent has registered a case on 24.10.2016 in Cr.No.497 of 2016 under Section 9(B)(1)(b) r/w 5-A of Explosives Act, 1884, but sofar, a final report has not been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the investigation is in progress and three months time may be granted for filing a final report.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
