The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the Respondent No.2 to file a final report in Crime No.351 of 2023 on the file of the third Respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that based on the investigation conducted by the second Respondent, further proceedings are dropped and a report had also been sent to the competent Authority. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed directing the defacto complainant to file protest petition before the Court concerned. The learned Judicial Magistrate or the learned Sessions Judge concerned on filing of the 2/4

protest petition to be filed by the Petitioner, if any, shall hear the same and dispose of the same as per law.
