ORDER

The petitioner wants the respondents 3 to 5 to be implicated in Crime No.414 of 2018 now pending investigation by the second respondent.

2. According to the petitioner, trusting the words of one Rajan with whom she has been living, she parted with a sum of Rs.15 lakhs and a part of which has been credited to the accounts of the private respondents herein by e-transfer from her bank account. But, they have been omitted in the FIR, even though the complaint discloses their names.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a complaint was originally filed before the All Women Police Station, Vallam, Thanjavur District and it was taken on file as receipt No.335 of 2018 which was transferred to the second respondent where the case has been registered against the said Rajan. 4. Inasmuch as the petitioner asserts that she has parted with specific amount to the accused and she has been cheated to the extent of the said sum, it is necessary that she facilitates the Investigating Agency to appreciate the nature of allegation made against them and therefore, the petitioner is now directed to share all information and materials in her possession which may enable the Investigating Officer to arrive at justly concluding the investigation.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Investigating Agency is yet to obtain her statement under Section 161 Cr.P.C.

6. The Investigating Agency is now directed to expedite the investigation process and complete the process of investigation as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
