O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in FIR No.333/2011 dated 30.06.2011 on the file of the East Police Station, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent herein has registered a case on 30.06.2011 in FIR No.333 of 2011 under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 420 and 419 IPC, but sofar, final report has not been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that during investigation further action has been dropped on 05.04.2012 and necessary report has been filed before the Jurisdictional Magistrate.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
