O R D E R

This petition has been filed to issue a direction to the respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 09.02.2018 for offence under Sections 294(b) and 406 IPC and Section 3 of the SC/ST Act, 1989 within the time framed by this Court.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused belongs to some other community, who is the Manager of Hatsun Milk Products in Sivagangai District. He repeatedly approached the petitioner who belongs to SC community and teased her by mentioning the community. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police. So far, no action has been taken.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 13.03.2018 and the same was also intimated to the petitioner.

5.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition is closed.
