Today, when the cases were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present civil revision petitions have become infructuous as the petitioners have filed CMA(MD)No.445 3/6

of 2023, which has been disposed of by this Court vide order dated 28.04.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has also produced the copy of the order, dated 28.04.2023 in CMA(MD)No.445 of 2023, wherein, the cause title number has been given as A.S(MD)No.445 of 2023. He further submits that there is a typographical error as the preamble to the order has also clearly stated that this is a Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

3. Be that as it may, recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the order passed in C.M.A(MD)No.445 of 2023, these present Civil Revision Petitions stand dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
