O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the First Information Report on the basis of the complaint dated 27.12.2017 in CSR No.170 of 2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the enquiry was conducted and the petitioner and her husband have appeared for enquiry. At the time of enquiry, the petitioner's husband made a statement that he accepted to live with the petitioner peacefully and join together with her. Therefore, the respondent Police closed the complaint as further action dropped on 27.12.2017.

4.The petitioner is at liberty to file a Protest Petition before the appropriate forum.

5.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
