ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners by interfering into the first petitioner's marital issue which is the subject matter of divorce petition in H.M.O.P.No.359 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned Family Court, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Mediation Centre. Crl.O.P(MD)No.1419 of 2021 report before the Family Court, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, wherein their divorce petition is pending for disposal on mutual consent and also the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the Registry is directed to serve the copy of the mediation report to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
