This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner life and limb and his family members against the third respondent and his men based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.01.2024.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation was already considered and closed on 28.03.2025. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
